Policies

RESERVATIONS:

  • All reservations require a (1) night deposit and a major credit card (MC, Visa and Discovercard accepted)
  • All Holiday weekends between Memorial Day and Labor Day have a 3 night minimum. Columbus Weekend has a 2 Night Min.
  • During the months of July and August a 2 Night minimum is required
  • All room rates based on Dbl Occupancy. Two children under 12 years old FREE. There is a $5 p/p charge over (2)
  • A “3” Nite minimum is required for our Family Suite, 1 Bdrm Suite and 2-Room Efficiency.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • We have a 48 hour cancellation policy and deposit will be refunded IN FULL except for a $10 processing fee (which covers fees charged by credit card companies)
  • For NO SHOWS or less than 48 hour notice a (1) night charge applies

EARLY DEPARTURES:

  • There are NO REFUNDS for early departures

OFFICE HOURS:

  • Mid-May through Third week in June 8:00am-10:00pm
  • Last week of June through Labor Day Weekend 8:00am-11:00pm
  • After Labor Day to Columbus Weekend 8:00am-10:00pm
  • PLEASE NOTIFY OFFICE IF YOU PLAN ON ARRIVING AFTER HOURS SO THAT PROPER ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE

  • In room coffee maker
